Transient failures now retry themselves

Workflow steps that fail for reasons that provably never reached LinkedIn (pool capacity, gateway unreachable, network errors) no longer land in the failed pile. They re-queue automatically for the next day, up to two retries, and the entry shows why it is waiting.

Automatic invitation hygiene

LinkedIn quietly caps pending invitations around 400, and accounts that hit the cap stop being able to connect. CampaignStack now withdraws your oldest sent invitations on a daily schedule, per account, before the backlog becomes a problem.

  • On by default with a per-account off switch
  • Reads LinkedIn's own sent-invitations list, never stale bookkeeping
  • Never withdraws an invitation younger than 7 days
  • Withdrawals have their own budget, so they never consume connection-request allowance

Updated pricing

CampaignStack is now $299 per workspace per month, or $2,990 per year (about $249 per month). 25,000 credits per month stay included, unused credits still roll over for 6 months, and existing subscriptions keep their current price.

Review queue rebuilt around the reviewer

The review page now reads like an inbox thread: the conversation so far, the draft in context, and the AI's reasoning collapsed underneath. Urgent items stop drowning in the stream.

  • Leads with a booked meeting and critic-flagged drafts pin to the top of the queue
  • Drafts know their situation: a reply that arrived after the draft was written shows up before you approve
  • Every AI draft now sizes its ask to the reader instead of padding to a floor

Playbook sections, outreach intent, and a setup checklist

The workspace playbook is now five scoped fields (identity, voice, boundaries, angles, objections) instead of one ever-growing text blob, so openers stop carrying objection-handling they can never use. Campaigns also carry an explicit outreach intent: an ordered list of outcomes a message is allowed to want, proposed from your stated goal.

  • Each playbook field has a hard budget; edits that exceed it are rejected, never silently truncated
  • A post-onboarding checklist on the overview tracks the setup that actually changes draft quality
  • Your own company and each account's current employer are auto-excluded from outreach

Attachments everywhere + a critic on every draft

Messages, emails and InMails can now carry documents and images, validated per channel before anything is claimed against your budget. And every lead-facing AI draft now passes through a critic that reads the full drafting prompt and raises one concrete objection; drafts that keep failing are flagged for human review instead of being sent.

  • File uploads on LinkedIn messages, Gmail sends, and workflow send nodes
  • Rejected drafts park in the review queue with the critic's objection shown on the card
  • Every draft attempt is kept and auditable, not just the one that shipped

One exclusion list every consumer honours

Who a workspace may never contact is now a single workspace-wide list: manual URLs, filter rules, imported do-not-contact files. Campaign sourcing, signal agents, connection watches and workflow dispatch all check the same list, and per-agent exclusions can only add to it, never release from it.

SEO & AI visibility audits + shareable reports

New SEO and AI visibility suite: audit your website's technical SEO, content quality, and GEO readiness, then probe ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity with real buyer questions to see whether they recommend you. Includes a free public checker at /tools/ai-visibility-check.

  • Site audits: crawler checks 30+ technical, content, and AI-readiness rules
  • AI visibility probes: buyer-intent questions derived from your own ICP data
  • Shareable white-label reports with revocable links and PDF export
  • Weekly scheduled audits with trend tracking and a prioritized advisory
  • Honest scoring: a failed critical check caps its category score, and a noindex only counts as critical when it contradicts your sitemap

Duplicate-lead auto-merge and live auto-replies

The inbox got smarter and the lead database got cleaner. Duplicate leads created by different import paths now merge automatically, and workflows with auto-respond enabled write and send replies on their own, within your safety budgets.

  • Duplicate leads merge automatically, keeping the older record and its full history
  • Auto-respond drafts and sends replies without manual approval when you enable it
  • Action budgets debit at dispatch time, so concurrent sends can never overspend

Encrypted persistent browser profiles

Every connected LinkedIn account now runs in its own persistent, encrypted Chrome profile on our infrastructure. Sessions survive restarts and cookies never leave the vault.

  • Per-account encrypted Chrome profiles replace shared browser sessions
  • Session cookies are consumed once at connection and never stored in the database
  • Session validation distinguishes real logouts from transient network errors
