01 · The ops tax

You run outbound. Outbound shouldn't run you.

Managing a sales team's LinkedIn outreach means juggling tools, babysitting accounts, and building reports nobody asked for. These are stealing your week.

"We're stitching 4 tools together and it still breaks."
Lead sourcing in Apollo, sequences in Lemlist, safety in a spreadsheet, reporting in Sheets. CampaignStack replaces the stack: sourcing, sequencing, safety, and reporting in one place.
"A rep burned their account last month. Again."
Per-account daily budgets enforced automatically. Reps can't exceed limits even if they try. Every action is logged, every account has a health dashboard you can check in 10 seconds.
"I spend Friday afternoon building reports manually."
Real-time dashboards per campaign, per rep, per account. Open rates, reply rates, conversion by ICP segment. Exportable. No more CSV gymnastics.
"Onboarding a new rep takes two weeks of configuration."
Assign a LinkedIn account, pick a campaign template, activate. The workflow handles sequencing, timing, and follow-ups. A new rep is live same day.
02 · One tool, not five

Replace the duct tape. Replace the stack.

Every tool you bolt together is another integration to maintain, another login to manage, another place where data gets lost. Here's what consolidates.

03 · Workflow Engine

Don't edit workflows.
Describe the change you want.

Fifteen node types: LinkedIn actions, AI crafting, conditional branches, human review gates, reactive waits. Claude rewrites the graph for you. You stay at the conversation layer.

Can you convert the last node with a manual step in between?
01:08 PM
U
Done - I've replaced the inline AI message with a craft → review → send pattern. Claude drafts the discovery message first, you review/edit/approve it manually, and only then does it get sent.
01:08 PM
Do you see reactive nodes? I feel like the wait 4 days + "accepted connection" if could be replaced by that reactive node.
01:09 PM
U
Yes - the linkedin:reactive node is perfect here. It parks the lead and waits for the LinkedIn connection-accepted event to fire, then automatically advances. Removes the arbitrary 4-day wait. I've updated the workflow.

Describe what you want in plain language. Claude reads your workflow, proposes the change, and applies it. You never touch a node graph.
Human-in-the-loop
Pause any node for manual approval. Add a review gate in one sentence of instruction.
Reactive nodes
Park leads on live events, connection accepted, reply received, profile updated. No arbitrary waits, no polling.
04 · Account protection

No rep can burn an account. Even if they try.

Safety is infrastructure that enforces itself, not a guideline your team ignores. Per-account budgets, warm-up ramps, and business-hours dispatch are automatic. No configuration, no compliance training.

Dedicated residential proxy per account
Every LinkedIn account gets its own residential IP bound to a consistent geography. No datacenter IP pools, no rotation, no fingerprint leaks across accounts.
80% of LinkedIn's cap, never more
Every action caps at 80% of LinkedIn's maximum. The remaining 20% is headroom for Signal Agent replies, manual actions, and safety-check retries. Automation never pushes you into the red.
Human rhythm, weekend drop
Activity tracks a real workday: 08:00 to 18:00 local with a 30/40/30 split across morning, midday, and afternoon. Weekends drop 70% for sends and 30% for research. Just enough to keep the account warm.
