1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CampaignStack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CampaignStack is an AI-powered campaign orchestration platform for agencies and growth teams. The Service allows you to import lead data from third-party sources, generate AI-driven strategies, and execute outbound campaigns.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys)

CampaignStack integrates with third-party services (e.g., Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn) using API keys you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use those keys and that your use complies with the respective third-party terms of service.

We store your API keys securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not share your keys with any third party. We use your keys solely to perform the actions you request within the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
  • Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform connected through the Service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Share your account with multiple users (unless on a team plan)

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you import into or create within CampaignStack. We do not claim ownership of your leads, campaigns, strategies, or content.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service (e.g., identifying patterns in campaign performance). This data cannot be traced back to you or your clients.

7. Billing and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampaignStack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
