The right HeyReach alternative for an agency depends on what made you look. If you need white-label for 10 or more seats, look at Expandi's Agency plan or Skylead's agency bundle. If you want LinkedIn and email on the entry plan with a mobile IP that only you use, look at La Growth Machine. If you run a handful of client accounts and don't need white-label, Waalaxy is the cheapest start. If you want a person to approve every LinkedIn message before a client's prospect sees it, look at CampaignStack, which we make. And if your only problem is sender capacity, HeyReach may still be the right tool.
We checked every price, plan and limit below on each vendor's own site on October 25, 2026.
This page is for you if you run outbound for clients on LinkedIn accounts that belong to them, you're on HeyReach today, and something is pushing you to look around. We'll start with what HeyReach does well, because a fair list starts there. Then the six questions to ask any replacement, then the five tools.
Where HeyReach is strong
HeyReach is built for agencies, and it shows in the billing. You pay per LinkedIn sender, never per person. Its pricing page says it doesn't charge for adding teammates, VAs, clients or users. A sender is "a LinkedIn account that you add to your organization." Growth costs $79 per sender per month billed monthly, $72 billed quarterly or $64 billed yearly.
The Agency bundle is $999 a month for 25 senders ($800 a month billed yearly). It includes white-label: "your own domain and branding." The top bundle is $2,999 a month, and a fair-use policy caps it at 300 senders. Growth includes the unified inbox, the API and webhooks, and HeyReach's MCP server, and Agency includes everything in Growth. On Growth, each sender gets a dedicated residential proxy.
The limits are firm. HeyReach caps connection requests at 200 per sender per week. When a sender crosses the weekly limit, it goes into a cooldown until Monday, and the help center says plainly: "we cannot remove these limitations."
So if your bottleneck is LinkedIn sender capacity and you already like the tools around it, staying is a rational choice. Our HeyReach comparison says the same.
Six questions to ask before you switch
If you're looking around, it's probably one of a few gaps: the proxy rule on the bundles, no email channel of its own, no review step before a message sends. Turn each gap into a question and ask it of every tool on your shortlist.
1. What is the pricing unit, and what does one unit cover?
"Per sender", "per seat", "per identity", "per user" and "per workspace" are five different units. A seat that covers one LinkedIn account costs you twice as much for a client who brings two. Ask each vendor, in writing, how many LinkedIn accounts and mailboxes one unit covers. One of the tools below doesn't say anywhere we could find.
2. How does the client's LinkedIn session connect, and what IP does it leave from?
A cloud tool runs the account on a server, through an IP it picks. The IP matters most. Is it dedicated to one account or shared? Is it residential, mobile, data center or VPN? On HeyReach, the dedicated residential proxy comes with Growth, while the Agency bundle and the top bundle "require you to bring your own proxies." Check this before you buy a bundle, not after.
3. Who sets the safety limits?
Some tools let you type the daily number. Others set it for you and won't let you go past it. On a client's account, you want to know which one you're buying, and what happens when LinkedIn pushes back.
4. White-label and client access
Do you need your own domain and logo on the app, a client login, or just a report you send each month? White-label is often locked to a 10-seat or 25-seat minimum. Don't pay for it if your clients never log in.
5. Can a person approve a message before it sends?
Clients are nervous about messages they never saw. Check whether the tool can hold a LinkedIn message for review, and whether that works on regular sequence steps or only on AI replies.
6. Where does email run?
HeyReach sends email through its Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison integrations, not natively. If you want one sequence across LinkedIn and email, check what each tool sends from (Gmail, Outlook, SMTP) and on which plan.
The five alternatives at a glance

CampaignStack is our product. Prices are in each vendor's own currency, for the plan and billing basis named.
Expandi
Fits an agency that needs white-label and has 10 or more seats to fill. The Agency plan lets you "Use Expandi under your own brand", with "Transparent reports for clients." Expandi runs in the cloud, and each account gets a dedicated IP from a country you choose. You set the daily limits, and the pricing page says "Expandi won't allow you to go over limits to keep your account safe." It also sells personalized images and GIFs.
Doesn't fit if the IP type matters to you. Expandi's help center says the dedicated IP "is provided by a data center"; you can add your own proxy instead. It also says "1 seat can be connected to (used for) one LinkedIn account at a time." The Agency price is custom, through sales. Image and GIF personalization "requires an additional cost." Email replies don't show inside Expandi; you read them in the connected mailbox. You can preview each lead's message before you launch, but we found no queue that holds a message for approval.

La Growth Machine
Fits an agency that wants LinkedIn and email on every plan, with an IP nobody else uses. Each identity gets a dedicated 5G mobile IP: "One IP, one user." You can "add a manual check to a LinkedIn message or email", so each lead gets a review task before it goes out, and only that lead waits. There's an Agency plan for lead-gen agencies, and the 14-day trial needs no card.
Doesn't fit if you need white-label: the pricing page doesn't mention it. You pay per identity ("An identity equals a license"), so a client with three LinkedIn accounts is three licenses. Basic stops at 3 identities, and the Agency plan has a 6-identity minimum. Basic includes 1 sending address per identity; Pro has 5 and Ultimate 10. La Growth Machine sets the limits itself ("We've set optimal limits for LinkedIn actions and emails"), which is fine if you trust its numbers.
More detail in our La Growth Machine comparison.
Skylead
Fits an agency that sends a lot of email next to LinkedIn and wants one flat bundle. One seat includes LinkedIn automation, mailboxes at no extra cost and 100,000 emails a month. The agency setup gives you one place to "Manage all your clients, invite co-workers, set up permissions", and the white-label runs on a subdomain of your choice with Skylead's support answering "under your brand." New accounts start in a 3-week warm-up mode, and the account uses a proxy from your original login country.
Doesn't fit if you need a fixed agency price you can plan around. The $999 bundle is a "First-year promotion", and Skylead's own pages give two seat counts for it: 25 seats on the pricing page, "up to 50 seats" on the white-label page. Ask before you budget. The pricing page doesn't say how many LinkedIn accounts one seat covers. Review before send is documented for AI SDR replies, which is an add-on, and we found nothing like it for regular sequence steps.
More detail in our Skylead comparison.
Waalaxy
Fits a small agency with a few client accounts and no need for white-label. Its agency page says you can "Manage all your client accounts under one subscription." The prices are low: EUR 19, 49 and 69 per user per month on yearly billing, and Business puts LinkedIn and cold email in the same campaigns.
Doesn't fit most agencies past a handful of clients. Waalaxy's cloud page lists the cloud on Advanced and Business; without it, someone's computer stays on with a LinkedIn tab open. Each user gets "a fixed IP", and up to 5 users share one; they are VPN IPs. One license covers one LinkedIn account, and every member of a team must be on the same plan. On white-label, the answer is "No, we don't offer white-label." We found no review step on regular sequences.

CampaignStack (ours)
This is our product, so weigh this entry with that in mind.
Fits an agency whose clients bring more than one LinkedIn account each, and whose clients worry about messages they never saw. You pay per workspace, one workspace per client, at $299 a month ($249 a month billed annually, $2,988 upfront), with 15,000 credits a month. There's no per-seat or per-account fee and no cap on LinkedIn accounts, Google accounts or teammates on the paid plan. A free plan runs one LinkedIn account and one Google account.
Each LinkedIn account gets its own static residential IP, used by that account only, and its own encrypted browser profile on our server. The session cookie is never stored in our database. CampaignStack sets the limits per account: the weekly cap on connection requests is 100, 150 or 200 depending on the LinkedIn plan, new accounts warm up from 10% of their budget, and a security check from LinkedIn pauses that kind of action on that account at once. LinkedIn messages wait in a review queue by default, where you approve, edit or reject each one. Our safety page publishes the caps.
Doesn't fit if you need white-label: we have no custom domain and no client login. Email sends only from Google accounts, and email steps get no per-send review (you review the campaign's email copy). And if a client brings a single LinkedIn account, a $299 workspace is a big unit for one sender. HeyReach at $79 is cheaper for that client.
You also don't have to choose on day one. A workflow's webhook step can push an approved lead into a HeyReach campaign through HeyReach's public API, so HeyReach stays the sender while you test the rest.
A worked example: count the units before the prices
This agency is made up, to show how pricing units count. Say you run 8 clients, and each brings 2 LinkedIn accounts: 16 accounts in total. Here is how many units each tool needs, read from its own pages.
| Tool | What one unit covers | Units for 16 accounts |
|---|---|---|
| HeyReach | "A sender (or a seat) is a LinkedIn account" | 16 senders on Growth, or one 25-sender Agency bundle (bring your own proxies) |
| La Growth Machine | "An identity equals a license" | 16 identities, past Basic's limit of 3 |
| Waalaxy | "one Waalaxy license = one LinkedIn account" | 16 licenses |
| CampaignStack (paid) | One workspace per client, no cap on LinkedIn accounts | 8 workspaces |
| Expandi | "1 seat can be connected to (used for) one LinkedIn account at a time" | 16 seats |
| Skylead | The pricing page doesn't define what a seat covers | Ask them |
Change the roster and the counts move differently. At 1 account per client, the per-account tools drop to 8 units and CampaignStack stays at 8 workspaces, which makes a workspace the expensive unit. At 3 accounts per client, the per-account tools need 24 units; CampaignStack still needs 8.
Each CampaignStack workspace includes 15,000 credits a month, shared by all of that client's accounts, and every AI draft and LinkedIn action spends them. A client with many busy senders on one workspace will need extra credit packs, so price your real volume.
Neither unit wins in general. Count accounts per client before you count clients.
The free plan runs one workspace with one LinkedIn account and one Google account, and LinkedIn messages wait for your review before they send.
Run one client free: 1 LinkedIn and 1 Google accountNot on this list
Salesflow. It has an agency angle, but we couldn't load its pricing page to verify prices on October 25, 2026, so we left it out rather than guess. Our Salesflow comparison has what we could check earlier.
Before you cancel HeyReach
Don't cancel first. Export your lead lists and, above all, the list of everyone you already contacted, so the new tool never messages the same person twice. Our guide to canceling HeyReach walks through the steps and the exports.
Three more things to plan for:
- Sequences don't transfer. Rebuild them by hand in the new tool, and run the first campaign with review on.
- Pending invitations stay on the LinkedIn account. Check them before you restart outreach so you don't stack new invites on old ones.
- Run both for a week if you can. Move one client first, watch the account, then move the rest.
What to watch out for
Automation is against LinkedIn's User Agreement, whichever tool you pick. Every tool here automates LinkedIn, ours included, and none can promise zero restrictions. Ask how each one throttles, and read our safety page for how we do it.
Promotional prices. Skylead's agency bundle is a first-year promotion. Ask what year two costs before you move ten clients.
Proxies on bundles. Ask every vendor whether the proxy comes with the plan you're buying, not just with the entry plan. HeyReach's Agency bundle is the example: the proxy is yours to bring, or you book a call to arrange one.
Seat definitions. If a pricing page doesn't say what a seat covers, get the answer in writing before you sign.
FAQ
What is the best HeyReach alternative for agencies?
It depends on the client roster. For white-label at 10+ seats, Expandi's Agency plan or Skylead's agency bundle. For LinkedIn and email on every plan with a dedicated 5G mobile IP, La Growth Machine. For a few client accounts at a low price, Waalaxy. For a review queue on every LinkedIn message and per-workspace pricing, CampaignStack, which we make. Checked October 2026 on each vendor's site.
Does HeyReach include proxies on the Agency plan?
Not by default. HeyReach's pricing FAQ says its entry plan "provides a dedicated residential proxy to each of the LinkedIn senders," while the Agency bundle and the top bundle "require you to bring your own proxies." If you have none, the FAQ says to book a call. Checked October 25, 2026.
How much does HeyReach cost for an agency?
HeyReach Growth is $79 per sender per month billed monthly, $72 quarterly or $64 yearly. The Agency bundle is $999 a month for 25 senders, or $800 a month billed yearly, with white-label included. Users, teammates and clients are free; you pay per LinkedIn sender. Prices from heyreach.io/pricing, October 25, 2026.
Which HeyReach alternatives offer white-label?
Expandi (Agency plan, custom price, 10+ seats) and Skylead (agency bundle, white-label on your own subdomain) do. Waalaxy says it doesn't offer white-label, La Growth Machine's pricing page doesn't mention it, and CampaignStack has no custom domain or client login.
Can I move from HeyReach without messaging leads twice?
Yes, if you export the list of everyone you already contacted before you cancel and import it into the new tool as an exclusion list. Sequences, stats and pending invitations don't transfer, so rebuild campaigns by hand and check pending invites on each LinkedIn account first.
Takeaway
Write down your clients and how many LinkedIn accounts each one brings, then count that roster in each tool's own unit. Then ask three questions in writing: which IP does a client's session leave from, who sets the limits, and can a person approve a message first. Pick the tool that fits the job your agency actually does.
